Key Capabilities

  • Leadership development for women: building confidence and assertiveness to help women discover and establish their signature leadership style.
  • People Management: helping new managers to manage team performance and attain business goals through people.
  • Career Planning: determination of aspirations, adjustment to a new appointment or promotion.
  • Coaching to enhance relationship management: colleagues, clients and team members.
  • Helping people balance work and home life so as to find equilibrium and optimise productivity.

My approach is to provide a safe environment where an individual can be heard and have an opportunity to reflect on their needs. To bring about awareness of their own unique strengths, abilities and passions and to challenge when necessary.
