About Me
Pallvi Shah MCIPD MAC has been involved within Training and Development for over 15 years within the legal, commercial and public sector. She has managed large and small teams and has experience of working both in the public and private sector. Coming from an asian background and having worked in a diverse and multicultural environments she is able to bring a unique understanding to help people manage change, careers, conflict and team working.
Her approach is to provide a safe environment where an individual can be heard and have an opportunity to reflect on their needs. To bring about awareness of their own unique strengths, abilities and passions and to challenge when necessary. She has a style that is relaxed, informal and professional and uses the Gestalt approach to her work.
As well as a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, a member of the Association of Coaching she holds a PGDip in Organisational Development and Executive Coaching from the Grove Practice and a Certificate in Coaching from the Centre for Coaching.
Pallvi regards supervision of her client work as important for the welfare of her clients. Her supervisor is MBACP accredited.
